I transfered 10$ from my PayPal acc to my visa and it transferred only 4$

I have transferred 12 April 10$ from my PayPal account to my visa card and I revive only like 4$ on visa

I am sorry to know that there was a debit in the withdrawn amount. It could be possible the fees may have debited.
