Hello Thank you for help
but my account is created about 2 years ago and my account is created i dont know how to say i have us account and paypal requires me us bank account and i am from Georgia,tbilisi 
how can i solve this problem?

You can't withdraw to a bank account in your country, only a card.

The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).
