How to calculate international fees for selling an item in Ebay.

Hello, 

I am a new seller on EBay and I am considering selling some items to international buyers who have shown interest in my item(s). How do I calculate the actual PP Fees prior to submitting my listing if I do not know what country the potential buyer is from.
