How much do I get in Serbia if someone sends me 20 USD from USA?

Someone is supposed to send me 20 dollars over Paypal, how much does Paypal take for its part/tax or whatever and how much do I get in my bank account here? I think I heard somewhere that Paypal takes 5 USD, but I can't find that anywhere to confirm.
