I am brand new to PayPaland know nothing on how to use it..LOL! I want to know how people pay me to my PayPal acct. and then can I retrieve them funds by transferring the PayPal funds to my VISA Paycard? IIs there a limit on how much cany you leave there before you have to retrieve it?
