Really need help and advice on this, I received scam emails in regard to a item I sold. Not realising it was a scam I posted off the item special delivery but of course no money was actually sent to my PayPal account. My question is can I make a claim against PayPal to reimburse the money I lost.

If you received spoof emails pretending to be from paypal and NO funds showed in your paypal account then sadly not.
As no part of the transaction was done using paypals site then you would not be covered by their protection.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
