HEY! Can someone tell me why Paypal is trying to take money from me when I try to send using the 'Friends and Family' to Montenegro...paypal wants to take the same amount money that I am sending, If I sent 0,40 cent it's trying to take 0,40 if I sent 10euros it's trying to take 10euros.... but if I sent Romania, Spain, Bosnia it doesn't take anything??
