Fee refund for fundraiser

Hi guys, I’m currently running a raffle on my website for the bushfires and was wondering if there is anyway I can remove the PayPal fee from the donations received?

Your best bet first is to contact customer services and get permission to run the lottery.

If you read paypals accepable use policy it cites you need approval to run any type of raffle and if you don't you risk your account being limited.

I also doubt you will get a fee refund as you are not a registered charity.
