Fake e-mail/letter?

Hi there,

My friend received an email from this address: <removed> but I'm not familiar with it (I haven't received any email from PayPal yet). My question is, is this an official letter from PayPal or a scam?  Thank you for your help! 🙂  Anna

As the address was removed by the moderators i suggest you give us an idea as to the emails content and from that we can normally confirm scam or not.
