I purchased 2 hoodies on ebay, one of which I can see order detail on and the other I cant. the seller is claiming they are charged an additional fee on shipping and requests I pay.
I told them I was okay with that, but now they are requesting my paypal email and friend ID.
The initial message about the fee looks kind of shady too now that I am looking at it.

Is this likely a scam and should I cancel and shoot for a refund?
One item that has a tracking number appearantly has shipped, but also says its been delivered. the final destination is nowhere near me, not even the same continent as it appearantly is in the US. murfreesboro TN, i cant see the order details for this item. yet ebay says the seller is based in indonesia. member since 2017. the other item also says its shipped, but no tracking and I cant see the order details on ebay for this one.
What do you guys think? This is the first time a seller has asked me to cover an additional cost. I paid already for the item and shipping on ebay. most of the time everything is paid upfront and sometimes VAT and customs fee, but thats not up to the seller. thats charged by the national customs or carrier as I recieve the item or later.
