Dual Residency: selling on eBay

Hi there. I have dual citizenship that I can prove with document scans, and 2 paypal accounts. Is it OK to sell on eBay from country A and receive money to country B's PayPal account?

is there currency conversion involved,if so,3% paid to Paypal.

you should also ask Ebay if it is allowed?

I would not do it,if you want to move money to another account,do it yourself.

Paypal does not care if you have dual citizenship.
