How can I resolve the issue so that funds are withdrawn from my account the same day that I use PayPal to purchase something?
As an example, the transaction date for a recent purchase was December 7, 2018; however, the attached settlement date for the ACH withdrawal from my bank was December 10, 2018 so this was when the payment was drafted.
I specifically chose PayPal to make the payment to the business because I thought it would avoid this issue.
