Different country

Hello. Long time ago I had been used PayPal account in Turkey. But after PayPal closed. Now I'm working and living in Ghana. I have resident permit and also I have bank account and debit card. What should I do to use PayPal here ? Thanks and best regards.

You move from one country that PayPal does not provide services to another country that PayPal does not provide services, therefore you still cannot use PayPal. Sorry.

I can t understand, Ecobank is one of the big banks of Africa. Why ?...

PayPal just doesn't provide services to EVERY country. Sorry.
