Hi recieved a payment of 10 singapore dollars but got 8.89 singapore dollars to my paypal account. 1.11 dollars were deducted as fee. I am trying to find out the details about this 1.11 dollars which were deducted as fees. I understand that 4.4% plus 0.5 dollars is the usual fee, which will amount to .44 plus .50= 0.90 dollars. Where is the remaining 0.21 dollars are deducted. Can anybody help? Thanks
