Hello,
I'm finding it difficult to work out how fees work.
Some of the money I receive comes in at the full amount and then has a clear fee deducted below. This is fine. However, the majority of the money I receive just comes in at less than what I was expecting, with no fee outlined below. It's usually in USD which makes it very difficult for me to work out if this is due to a paypal fee, currency conversion, or just being under paid. It's usually a few pounds, so more than just fluctuations in conversion. How do I find out if this is a paypal fee and how much was taken?
At the moment I'm just trusting that my customers have paid me the right amount and the money was taken elsewhere in the process. Not great.
Many thanks for any help!
Laura
