I have been trying to reach a customer care advisor but all in vain. I’m losing business because of some technical issues. Can someone please respond to my complaint so that I know what is happening

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I have sent messages and called several times. I wouldn’t be complaining if I had received any form of assistance. The phone lines are unavailable and the help center options are not effective and efficient. I’m stuck and I don’t even know what’s happening

You’re not helping!! You’re giving the same advise and it’s not working.

Well there are loads of threads from posters where one of those options HAS worked so I will keep posting it.
