Sir, Now im in Pakistan but there is not Allow PayPal then how can use PayPal account becouse for use PayPal account need credit or debit card whom verify with PayPal but paypal not accepted the Pakistani Credit or Debit card then what can i do plz help me Thanks & Regards Nigar Fatima

Paypal is not supported in Pakistan so you can't use Paypal in Pakistan.

And you can't use another countries paypal account either as you wouldn't be able to verify it and it would never work for you.

You need to find an alternative payment processor.
