I'm filling out a form and it asks for my PayPal address and i'm wondering , does that mean my email address associated with my account? They need it so they can pay me and I'm new to all this.

Yes its your paypal email address, normally the one you log into your paypal account with.
Your email address identifies your paypal account and anyone paying into your account would need it.
