I have received a invoice for a vehicle. The seller wants to ship the vehicle due to current restrictions. The eBay invoice is a bank transfer to PayPal Netherlands who hold the money until I have inspected the vehicle. Apparently I have 5 days to make up my mind. Has anyone used this service?
