Can somebody suggest how one can really reach Paypal's customer service team?
Phone Call-- No matter how early or how late I call, the only automatic message I can get is "We are unable to take your call at this time."
Message center -- Takes forever to get someone and the replies are all copy-pasted messages from Paypal's website. No specific questions can ever be solved.
Does Paypal even have customer service team at this moment?
They do have staff but it is as good as useless. You ask detailed questions and get two word answers. We aren't customers we are profit fodder, they also lie which I have proof of and then become unaccountable when challenged.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
