Hi, I have a nephew who is a programmer and works on several websites. He does not have a PayPal account, but he wants to use my account to transfer his money from Google Cloud to my own PayPal account. Can he use my own account? Dose he needs a special approval from PayPal to do this ?

If you are planning to use your PayPal account for business purposes I would recommend he open up an account for himself due to personal reasons against yourself however you can allow personal Payments fine.
Thanks
Harley

Totally against paypal rules to allow another person access to your personal paypal account.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
