I have been looking at a car being sold on gumtree.
I have contacted the seller to say I'm interested and the location on the ad said West Green, North London. I had a discussion with the seller to ask more info and see if i could go and see the car.
He emailed back to say he was actually located in Ardfern in Scotland and we are in Kent. Obvioulsy not able to travel to Scotland to see the car. He emailed to say he will have the car delivered and pick up the charge for this. He said "regarding the deal we will close the transaction through Paypal like this we will be both protected and have the guarentee that each one will recieve and inspect the car for 7 days before i get any money from them. I will only get paid after confrimation that you are satisfied with the car and decided to keep it"
Is this something paypal do?
