Business to Private account???

Hello! I created a business profile, unknowing that there were other options to easily (which turned out not so easy) receive donations toward me and my friends mission trip.  How do I change my account from a Business profile to a Personal profile?  (sidenote: I have a payment [or donation] "pending" due to "shipping quality insurance", so that might throw a wrench in things)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You would need to contact (phone) customer service as they can make the change for you - unfortunately there's not an option for you to do this yourself.
