Hi my friend created a donations for his fans to send their support in these difficult times of COVID-19. But one person sent him a 0 dollar donation and my friend had to pay the transaction fee. The message he sent was asking my friend to provide nude photos. Which my friend never did. I am worried that Paypal would cancel my friends account because of this silly users message. Can someone help me understand what is the right thing to do here in this situation and also see if we can not get banned because of such strange messages.
