Automatically charging HST on invoice totals and not item per item

Hello, 

 

I can't figure out how to have PayPal charge the HST on my invoices. It seems I have to specify for each line of an invoice the tax. I have added HST (13%) in my taxes, but don't want to have to add it for each item. I just want it to charge 13% on the total of the invoice... 

 

What am I doing wrong?
