Add Romania on Accepted Countries list?

I'm from Romania and I have a PayPal account, using it for many years.

Overall, I'm happy with how things works.

I only have one question:

Do you plan to add, in the future, Romania on Accepted Countries list? And, if so, when do you estimate this will happen?

Regardless if it's a "Yes" or a "No", thank you for your services. I appreciate your overall efforts.
