Accept bid and get payment

YES I am new to this procedure - this is my first transaction.

I am the SELLER - a buyer has bid on an item I am selling.

I want to accept his bid.  I do not know how to do that so that we can

complete this transaction.  HELP - PLEASE

What does this have to do with paypal?

You don't sell on paypal and there are no bidders !!!
