Hello everyone,
i would really like to know how you handle following scenario because i am currently trying to create an online shop and this issue makes me worry alot.
So a customer buys lets say 10 or 100 items, cancels the order, pp fees are not being returned.
The seller will loose money. So what if someone wants to damage your shop and does it with multiple accounts from times to time.
Since there is no way to get the fees back even if you claim its fraudent behavior how do you proof it? is it even worth using paypal then with this weird policy ?
please tell me your thoughts.
