My card is due to expire really soon (I have already had two transactions refused, and lost out on a deal due to this)
I have now called PayPal Access 3 times and been promised a call back each time, but so far have heard nothing. I have been waiting for my call to be taken for over an hour in total.
I was promised a new card withing 48hrs, and this has never arrived.
All I want to ask is when my replacement card will be sent out, as I use it all the time.
I have tried contacting PayPal direct, but after being transferred, I was told they have nothing to do with the card.
Can Anyone help please
