Card Not Working In Cash Machines Or For Purchases

As of yesterday (26th March) I have been unable to either withdraw cash from a cash machine or make purchases instore.

The cash machines spit up a error along the lines of "this service is unavaible from this machine"

This is after I enter my pin, and confirm that I am happy for the charge... the error occurs once I select a cash ammount

And yes, there is funds in my paypal account

Is this an isolated issue, or are the paypal accesscard services having problems at the moment?

And as IM using my mobile, I cant dial 0845 to speak to customer services!  Is there an alternative number I can use?

Is anyone experiencing problems with their paypalcard. I am on holiday in spain and my card is not working in machines or stores. I informed paypal access that i was travelling. They said it could take an advisor 48hrs to get back to me which makes me think this must be a technical problem. I have no money!

Yes mine hasn't been working today either. Was my first purchase with the card too.

I am abroad in Hong Kong and my PayPal access card has stopped working. I haven't eaten for four days. What a load of rubbish!!!!!
