Are the Paypal Access Cards Active Again???

Are these PayPal Access Cards unblocked. I need to use the funds which I have accumilated in my Paypal Account on a purchase today.

As far as I am aware this issue has now been resolved and your card should be available for use. If your card is still not working may I suggest that you contact Customer Services on +44 (0)845 505 8801.
