turns out to be browser issue..

I tried it on Safari, Chrome, Brave, on iMac, Macbook Pro, iPhone XR, it just doesn't work.

I have the same problem, as well on Paypal Buttons Page, Paypal is unable to answer this. I tried many browsers, and it doesn't work on any of them.
