Something Similar to Paypal IPN for Payments Sent?

My Paypal IPN set up only sends notifications when I receive a payment. Is there something similar that can be triggered when payments are sent?

Trying to get a notification when I make payments to others so it can be automated into a bookkeeping software. Perhaps I'm missing something, any guidance would be appreciated!
