I cant receive payments from my API integrated paypal in my site

I live in Albania and i just opened a paypal business account

Recently i hired a group of developers to build me a website integrated with paypal API.

I gave them my API credentials. And now when thay are doing tests with payments making small payments of 0.01$ in my Site. An error message appears "This account can't receive payments"

Hi, I suggest to check with the Customer Service as some countries need first to have few setting enabled on the account before to receive any payment. This is for the "PayPal Zero" settings. They will be able to create a request to check your account is correctly set. Thanks.
