Website payments do not go through

I live in Albania and i just opened a paypal business account

Recently i hired a group of developers to build me a website integrated with paypal API.

I gave them my API credentials. And now when thay are doing tests with payments making small payments of 0.01$ in my Site.

This is the error that appears

Hi, this is most probably related to the other your topic I replied. Some countries need first to have few setting enabled on the account before to receive any payment. This is for the "PayPal Zero" settings. Contacting Customer Service they will be able to create a request to check that your account is correctly set. Thanks.
