I have a problem that I have spoken/emailed PP about many times over the years. It has never been resolved, but perhaps someone here can help.
I am based in France, but my business clients are based in English speaking countries world wide. My PP language settings are in English and 90pct of the time this is not a problem. But, for 10pct of clients, even though my payment request/invoice is sent in English the PP link takes them to a payment page in French. For some others they are unable to change their country of origin/residence from France, so their payment is not processed as the vast majority of my clients are not based in France.
These are consistently reoccuring problems that have been happening for years and PP have no answer and seem to have no interest in fixing this problem. I am not the only English speaking French based business that suffers with this problem, therefore PP are losing 1,000's in lost fees because of these clients having to find alternate methods of sending payments to us..
