Paypal Support doesn't work for me. HELP!

First of all, hi all, and Happy New Year.
I've been a Paypal business customers for many years, but am now running into a problem and found your forums !

I need HELP from Paypal (want to ask a few questions), but when I click on Help I get the following amazing message displayed on my screen
"Help information isn't available in English yet. To access the Help Center, you'll need to change your language preference:
Log in to PayPal.
Click Profile at the top of the page.
Click Language Preferences under the Account Information column.
Select a language form the drop-down list and click Save.
Go back to the Help Center by clicking the Help link at the top of the page.
To change your language preference back to English, repeat the steps above and select U.S. English."
I get the same idiotic message when I click on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of your screens, or even when I click on 'Send us an email' on this page: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Help/general/TopQuestion9-outside
Well, bummer !
Here's the problem:
My Preferred Language at Account Settings already IS English, and has been for the past 10 years or so!
I communicate ONLY in English since 60% of my customers are in the US.
There IS NO CHOICE for U.S. English in the drop down menu, only Nederlands and English.
So how do I get out of this never ending circle of idiocy? There is no other link for me to choose in order to get help!

I forgot my password.I have been trying to reset a new one,paypal won`t accept it.I have reset my password 3 times,but when i try to use new word.Paypal won`t accept it

Just ended up speaking to a couple of girls at Paypal and escalated the matter to a supervisor in the phillipines. I felt that there system in place (scripting) was 100% right and that the problem that i have raised was not possible...
If this continues they we loose customers ...slowly.

I'm having issues adding a new debit card.... My problem is too unique to find answers in the help section. I need to speak with a real representative!!!! How do I call Paypay and not get the recorded lady???

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
