change and remove administrative email address

I no longer have my administrative email address.  Paypal will not let me delete it since it is administrative.  Anyone know how to change and delete this?

Try adding a new email address, make it primary and then delete the old email address.

golfcartqueen- This was actually answered back in December of '09! From the research I found, you need to have at least 3 confirmed email addresses on your PayPal account before you can change the administrative email.

I also have the same issue. I have 6 confirmed email account but still don't see where i can change/remove my administrator email address that i do not use anymore.

I'm not sure if you have already tried this--but I will throw it out there to try and help!

Once you go to PayPal's website, log into your account, and then copy and paste this link into the address bar:

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-logins-change-admin

Here are some tips when changing Admin email addresses:

• Only the Administrator of the PayPal account can make changes to the Administrative email address.
• You can't register your primary email address as your Administrative email address.
• To change your Administrative email address, you must have a user added.
• To maintain your internal controls, we recommend you do not use this email address to receive payments.
• For your security, it is recommended the Primary User be the Administrator of the PayPal account.
