Amendment to the PayPal User Agreement

- In the User Agreement for PayPal Services:
Eligibility section has been amended to reflect that users in Andorra, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Iceland,Norway and Switzerland may hold either one Premier account or one Personal account and one Businessaccount.
- In the Premier and Business Accounts Policy:
The Premier and Business Accounts Policy has been amended to reflect that the terms set out in this policy applyspecifically to the use of Premier Accounts (if used for commercial purposes only) and Business Accountsthrough the Services.
