We should be able to operate from our Pay Pal cash flow and STILL enjoy all the Pay Pal benefits! (Debit card, virtual terminal, etc.) There is no risk to Pay Pal because you don't get to spend what you don't have in your account! Why the random limits? My Pay Pal debit card was compromised by a service station several months ago. There was no bank account attached to my Pay Pay account during the compromise and had not been over a year. That account was cancelled when I changed banks; hence, I operated solely from my Pay Pal without bank attachment. Pay Pal refuses to reissue my card until I attach another account. I like simply operating from what's in my Pay Pal account ONLY! What's the crime in that? They have no member loyalty or customer service quality control it appears. I was victimized twice, first by the service station then by Pay Pal. Someone could away with a lot more if attached to an account. Pay Pal says trust me with your account, I say Pay Pal should trust me with there services!
