I had 2 paypal accounts, I tried linking a credit card to one of them then decided I didn't want that account so I deleted that account. I tried linking the same credit card to the other Paypal account but It keeps saying:
We're sorry, but we're waiting for another member to finish linking this credit card to a PayPal account. Please try again in 5-7 days.
I deleted the other account, I have no idea why its still pending a confirmation credit card for a dele
