I'm trying to receive rewards from Survey spot

I'm trying to  get my rewards from Survey spot and they keep saying my account is flagged.  I have tried everything they said to do including redownloading java.   They said I need to reverify my paypal account but I don't know how to do that.  Cany anyone help me out?

Is your PayPal email address confirmed?  To check whether the email address needs to be confirmed, login to your PayPal account, click on the "Profile" tab and select the "Email" link in the left hand column.  If it's not confirmed, click on the "Confirm" button to initiate the confirmation process.

If your email address is already confirmed, call PayPal... login to your PayPal account and click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page... the following page will provide you with contact instructions and the PayPal phone number for your account.
