I sold a item to a US account, but his Paypal account is overseas and I don't sell outside the US. I want to change it to accept his payment, then change it back. Thanks.
Login to your PayPal account, click on the "Profile" tab, select "Payment Receiving Preferences" in the right hand column, uncheck the block for non-US PayPal members and click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
