I followed the steps to change my password by clicking on 'My Account', then "Profile", and then it said there should be another option that says 'Password/Security settings' and there's an option next to it to click change...there is no option like that anywhere...I just have four different categories to choose from basically and one of them is "My Settings" which was the closest one I could find that was revelant and there's nothing there either...just option for me to manage payment settings, etc. Help! I've never had so much trouble just trying to change my password on a website before! And to get my last name changed I had to upload a file of my utility bill which was also another hassle in and of itself...and does anyone know how long it takes for paypal to approve that name change request by the way?
