Got e-mail saying: To continue to receive information about your account electronically—including your account statements—you must accept our Electronic Communications Delivery Policy, Can't find link to accept.

I also forwarded the PayPal email about the New Electronic Delivery Policy to spoof@att.net asking if it was a spoof and I also asked PayPal to come to this forum and reply to our concerns about this email.

I'm glad it is not just me...I was going crazy trying to find this nonexistant link. Hopefully, they will get their act together soon and get the link active....

I logged directly in to PayPal and read the policy, I got a re-direct to a notification page.  The policy says that they can email you anything they feel like about your account, anything at all.  I can only guess that "anything" includes passwords and secret questions as well since "anything" isn't specified.  I clicked "remind me later" and got notified my account would shut down in January, 2012, if I don't agree to the policy.  Maybe I'm paranoid or too "old school" but somehow I just don't want PayPal sending me anything that strikes their fancy concerning my account through unencrypted public email systems.  I guess I will be closing my account sometime prior to January next year to beat them to the punch.

Yep it's there...not a spoof.  Look on the right hand side of the home page under policy updates.  Looks fine to me.  Just something you have to have in their file to do businsess with them.  Thanks for showing us how to find this!!!

Hmmm ... I don't see it there. Under "policy updates" I get the message that there are none. Also, I can't find it under recent policy updates either. ?????

Thanks PayPal--i'm not a frequent user and this is wasting my time. Lame. It's bad enough with all the bogus PayPal messages that go out--if you're going to contact users to require an action, make it clear on the site.

Got this message today, and unlike my normal procedures, blindly clicked on it and logged in.  Got real nervous when there was no message regarding this Electronic Agreement, but settled down when I realized I was in Paypal.  I forwarded the email to spoof @ paypal .com and await a reply.

You can wait for a reply until the cows come home, pensfan. I sent it to spoof@PayPal a couple of weeks ago. Still waiting.

Ok I've been messing with this thing for two days.  Is it from Pay Pal and if it is why can't a semi- intelligent person find the place to accept their agreement.  I found the policy and even can download it but there is nowhere to accept it.  When I clicked on policy updates to the right of page, there were none listed. ??????????
