I always go to the source...don't click on links in emails. If you do click on a link in an email be sure to look at the address to see where you are being directed...sometimes it's totally unrelated to where you think you are going and trying to get you to put your password etc into their system. I didn't see a link anywhere on PayPal 's website for this new policy, so I'm assuming it is a hoax or spoof. Also, I sent the email to spoof@paypal.com to see if they confirm it is a phishing email or real. Just be careful as there are a lot of people trying to get your information and steal from you!!! crazy world. Lynnae
