Card linked to another email address

When I try to checkout using my credit card with Paypal, it tells me that the card is already linked to another Account and use a different  card.  I have no other account that I am aware of.  How do I find what it's talking about?

I had that happen also. I called paypal and was instructed to go to the e-mail account that has the CC on file and delete the card from it. You can then add it to the second(new) e-mail account.
