I'm really hoping there is a very simple and obvious solution to my problem and I just haven't figured it out yet. I have sent numerous emails to paypal support with no luck. They told me to clear my cookies/cache, which I already do at the end of each session. When I go to my profile->more options->personal info-> I am taken to a page with an error that I do not recognize. It reads:

type Status report
message
description The requested resource () is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.5.15-150
I don't know what apache is or what the rest of that is supposed to mean, but if there is something silly I can do to fix this I would be so thankful. I even created a new account but am having the same problem. It's been at least a month now. I am using Mozilla FireFox 3.6.12.
