I want PAYPAL to stop using my bank account to fund my purchases. I want, instead, for PAYPAL to use my DEBIT CARD exclusively.
How do I go about making these changes?

Hi StrangeCatMusic, welcome to the forums!
The funding hierarchy always uses the balance first if there are funds available, and then it will look for your primary bank account. Other funding methods can be chosen at the time of transaction, if available. When you're about to complete a payment, there's a page for you to review and approve in order to complete the payment. It also has a link for you to change the funding source. Using that option, you can elect to use your debit card instead. '
I hope this helps!
