I was refunded money because a seller cancelled an auction. The refunded money (from my bank account) has been refunded but frozen util the geniuses at PP 'investigate' the problem. Question is why and what exactly is the **bleep**ing problem, besides PP being **bleep**? Do they just randomly and arbitrarily freeze accounts?
